Bookings / Confirmation

Bookings can only be made directly online. For the best price offers we advice you to book directly on our Homepage. By Longterm bookings with a stay of 4 weeks or more, we kindly request you to send us an Email.

Your booking is confirmed as soon as you have received the bookingsconfirmation from our Guest house and paid for your room.

 

Payment

The booked rooms you pay directly when booking. Rooms which are paid with PayPal are booked immediately. Bookings paid with bank transfer will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Only after receipt of payment your booking is fixed.

It is not possible to pay the bill at the Guest house as we do not have a reception.

Payments made in cash are not possible.

 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Thanks to our innovative electronic access system, check-in is very quick and easy, with no reception desk.

A few days before your stay we will send you a link for online registration, access code, WiFi password and other useful information.

The Access Code is valid from 14:00 on the check-in date until 11:00 on the check-out date. Before and after that you cannot open the doors with the code.

 

Free WiFi Internet

You can use our free high speed WiFi connection in your room and throughout the building.

 

Breakfast

There are lots of restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the area.

We do not offer breakfast or dinner.

 

Parking

There are blue zones on the streets which means that the parking is paid in the time between 9:00 and 19:00 o’clock. The price is 1 BGN per hour. The payment machine is located on the street corner.
The parking is FREE on weekends and public holidays.

 

Smoking

We are a non-smoking guest house. Smokers have the opportunity to smoke a cigarette outside. In case of non-compliance, we will charge you the costs for the basic cleaning of the hotel room in the amount of at least € 150.00.

 

Daily Cleaning

Cleaning service is included in your price. Cleaning is usually after 11:00. If you wish to change the towels, please put them on the floor in the bathroom. The bedsheets will be changed every 4 days.

 

Cancellation Policies

Full refund: By cancellation, made at least 7 full days prior to the day of check-in.

No refund: If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance and if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
