These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between No13 Boutique House and its guests, regardless of which platform, travel agent / operator or our partner the accommodation reservation is made.

By requesting a reservation for accommodation, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below.

No13 Boutique House, as well as the online service for booking accommodation are managed by Danish Development Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we" or "our", "Hotelier" or "Guest House").

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Requests for booking of accommodation and/or additional services are made in one of the following ways:

- On www.no13.bg 

- By email booking@no13.bg

After making a reservation, you will receive information of the numbers of booked rooms, the date of check-in and check-out, the number of adults and children, the total amount of the reservation and the amount due in advance.

To confirm the reservation it is necessary to pay the amount due within 2 days. Otherwise, No13 Boutique House has the right to cancel the reservation.

After receiving an advance payment, your reservation is valid and is considered confirmed.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

Prices for accommodation in No13 Boutique House include 9% VAT, travel insurance and tourist tax.

All payments are made in Bulgarian levs (BGN). The website www.no13.bg also lists indicative prices in foreign currencies, using an online currency calculator.

We offer two payment methods:

- Payment via PayPal directly through our website www.no13.bg. In this case, you will receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal to your email address.

- Payment by bank transfer in advance to the following bank account of Danish Development Ltd.:

Payment on site is not possible.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

You can cancel your reservation by e-mail booking@no13.bg

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to special offers) within 7 or more days before the date of accommodation, the customer receives the full prepaid amount.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation (does not apply to special offers) less than 7 days before the date of accommodation or in case of no-show on the day of accommodation or if the guest decides to leave earlier after check-in, the nights which are not spent are not reimbursed.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under a special offer less than 10 (ten) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in or if the guest decides to leave earlier after check-in, the nights not spent are not are recovered.

Amounts for requested, but not fully or partially used additional services due to the fault of the guests of No13 Boutique House, are not refundable.

The conditions for cancellation of reservations under special offers are valid only if no other ones are specified during the preparation of the offer itself.

No13 Boutique House reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond our control. In these cases the client is offered accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices or No13 Boutique House refunds the amount paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a written request from the client, not owes a penalty to the same.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in: after 14:00

Check out: until 11:00

If the room is vacated later, an additional fee is charged as follows:

- If the room is vacated until 17:00, a fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the room rate per day will be charged.

- If the room is vacated after 17:00, a payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the night per day is due.

Reservations are kept until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.

Cildren under the age of 14 are not accepted.

No13 Boutique House does not accept pets.

Accommodation in No13 Boutique House is mandatory by presenting data from personal documents proving the identity of the guests. The provided personal data are protected according to the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. This information will be used only in connection with the reservations made and will not be provided for other purposes.

SMOKING POLICY

No13 Boutique House is a non-smoking area. For guests who do not comply with our policy, a fine of BGN 300.00 is imposed

According to the provisions of national law, smoking in public places is prohibited. The infringer shall also bear personal responsibility for the administrative sanctions imposed by the competent authorities in connection with the infringement.

GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

Guests at No13 Boutique House take responsibility for adhering to generally accepted standards of good behavior at acceptable noise levels during their stay at the hotel. In case of refusal to comply with the requirements, we reserve the right to terminate the reservation without liability for refund or compensation. All costs for material damage to the guest house are paid by the persons who caused them at market prices after providing an invoice or other document by No13 Boutique House.

LIMITED LIABILITY

As a result of non-fulfillment of our obligations in connection with the services we offer on the website, we are responsible for the amount of the total amount of your reservation, as indicated in the confirmation email.

However, neither we nor any of our employees, directors, agents, or others involved in the creation, sponsorship, promotion, or in other words engaged in the presentation of the site and its content, is responsible for any criminal, special, indirect or consequential loss (1) or damage; (2) for any inaccuracy related to PayPal (including withholding funds from you due to unauthorized transactions resulting from making a reservation made on our site); for the services provided (3) offered by PayPal, for any (direct, indirect, special, subsequent or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (4) incurred by you for which you have been held liable or have paid, which have occurred as a result of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website; for any (personal) injury, death, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or expenses (5) suffered or for which you have been held liable or paid by you, whether due to ( legal) actions, mistakes, non-complied with obligations, (general) non-fulfillment, intentional crime, omissions, non-fulfillment, distortions, violation or non-fulfillment of direct obligations (in full or in part) by the bank's virtual post terminal (its employees, directors, agents, representatives) or distribution companies); including for any (even partial) force majeure circumstances or any other event beyond our control.

OTHER

These General Terms and Conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation and all disputes arising from these general terms and conditions and our services should refer only and exclusively to the competent courts on the territory of Bulgaria.

The original Bulgarian version of these terms and conditions has been translated into other languages. The translation version is an expression of goodwill and is only an office translation that has no legal value. In the event of a dispute regarding the content or interpretation of these terms and conditions, or inconsistencies and differences between the Bulgarian version and the version of these terms and conditions in any other language, the Bulgarian language shall apply.
